We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Hospital Manager to oversee the overall operations and administration of our hospital in Varanasi.

The ideal candidate must have 12+ years of hands-on experience specifically in a hospital environment, with strong expertise in hospital administration, team management, operational planning, and coordination with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the hospital.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all hospital departments and services.
- Manage and coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, administrative teams, and other hospital personnel.
- Monitor hospital operations, productivity, and overall performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor patient services and maintain high standards of patient experience.
- Manage manpower planning, staff performance, and departmental coordination.
- Prepare and review operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.




- Coordinate with senior management regarding hospital performance, requirements, and strategic decisions.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions for improving efficiency.
- Manage hospital resources, infrastructure, and administrative requirements.

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience specifically in a hospital environment.
- Proven experience as a Hospital Manager / Hospital Administrator / Senior Hospital Operations Manager.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations and administration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and handle high-pressure situations.
- Solid understanding of hospital processes, documentation, compliance, and patient services.
- Candidates without substantial hospital management experience will not be considered.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with proven experience managing multi-department hospital operations and leading large healthcare teams will be preferred.
