- Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per the doctor's prescription.

- Verify prescriptions for appropriate dosage, medication, and instructions.

- Provide patients with transparent instructions regarding medication usage and precautions.

- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and pharmacy transactions.

- Monitor and maintain adequate stock of medicines and pharmacy supplies.

- Check medicine expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions regularly.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff regarding medication requirements.

- Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines as per hospital and regulatory guidelines.

- Prepare purchase/indent requirements and coordinate with suppliers when required.

- Ensure proper documentation of controlled and high-alert medications.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the pharmacy.

- Follow hospital policies, pharmacy protocols, and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.

- Report medication-related discrepancies, shortages, damages, or adverse reactions to the concerned authority.

- Support smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy.
