· To Maintain the overall property

- A horticultural manager oversees the daily operations, staff, and plant care of nurseries, greenhouses, public parks, or landscaped properties to ensure high standards of plant health and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities

- Plant Care & Health: Monitor crops, trees, and flowers for diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies, applying protected integrated pest management.
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule gardeners, farm workers, or direct reports.

- Operations & Planning: Oversee irrigation systems, soil management, pruning, planting programs, and harvesting schedules.
- Budget & Inventory: Manage tools, equipment, fertilizers, and operational budgets to optimize resources.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
