Role & responsibilities

- Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to patients at their homes.

- Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and overall health status.

- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.

- Assist with wound dressing, catheter care, feeding tube care, and other clinical procedures.

- Provide specialized care for patients requiring ICU, post-operative, tracheostomy, or chronic disease management.

- Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing interventions.

- Educate patients and family members regarding medication, hygiene, diet, and ongoing care.

Preferred candidate profile

- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification.

- Valid nursing registration.

- Relevant hospital/homecare experience preferred.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
