Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Holidays Consultant to design and deliver tailored travel experiences. The role involves understanding client requirements, creating bespoke itineraries, and managing bookings with a high level of accuracy and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and specific requirements.
2. Design and present customised international holiday itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transfers, excursions, and travel insurance.
3. Coordinate hotel bookings, holiday packages, and related services through partnered supplier platforms.
4. Convert client enquiries into confirmed bookings and consistently achieve sales targets.
5. Provide clear and accurate guidance on destinations.
6. Handle end-to-end booking processes, including payments, documentation, amendments, and itinerary updates.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
8. Stay updated on market trends, new destinations, and supplier promotions to enhance client offerings.

Key Skills & Attributes:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in designing international holiday packages is a must
2. Experience with Amadeus GDS system is a must (No training provided)
3. Strong communication and customer service skills
4. Attention to detail and organisational ability
5. Sales-driven with a proactive approach
6. Knowledge of global travel destinations and trends
