Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Holidays Consultant to design and deliver tailored travel experiences. The role involves understanding client requirements, creating bespoke itineraries, and managing bookings with a high level of accuracy and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and specific requirements.
- Design and present customised international holiday itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transfers, excursions, and travel insurance.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, holiday packages, and related services through partnered supplier platforms.
- Convert client enquiries into confirmed bookings and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Provide clear and accurate guidance on destinations.
- Handle end-to-end booking processes, including payments, documentation, amendments, and itinerary updates.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, new destinations, and supplier promotions to enhance client offerings.

Key Skills & Attributes:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing international holiday packages is a must
- Experience with Amadeus GDS system is a must (No training provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Sales-driven with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of global travel destinations and trends
