- Regional: Responsible for providing strategic leadership to Construction Execution by working with the Head of Global Construction - India &
- SE Asia and other Management Team members to execute projects successfully within budgeted cost and time in India
- Global: Support at Home Office and Global Projects as required for smooth operation of Global Construction.

- Section Heads in driving Strategic leadership development at Regional Implementation Hub - Construction
- Implementation of Strategic directives for business operation of Construction for India
- Participation in finalising and achieving Business Function (Construction) objectives
- Strategic drive to enhance quality and HSE standards at operational level
- Ensue HSE compliance and demonstrate commitment towards developing inter-dependent Safety culture for achieving zero harm.

# Proposal &
- Projects

- Support and drive in preparation of techno-commercially competitive construction proposals for Regional Projects and support construction proposals of LE Projects worldwide.
- Successful completion of Regional Construction Projects within budgeted cost, schedule, quality and HSE parameters and supporting LE Projects worldwide.
- Preparation of construction execution plan including development of sub-contracting / partnership models
- Preparation and implementation of construction strategies / philosophy in an EPC project setting with highest safety and quality standards and strict adherence to project cost and timelines.
- Responsible for all construction related activities like construction engineering, preparation of technical and commercial proposals for construction work, subcontracting, quality assurance and control, Health Safety and Environment, Management of site supervision and Client interface during construction activities

- Develop and maintain construction management competencies within the Linde Group
- Develop the construction management procedures and practices in association with global construction organization in line with LEHQ.
- Cater to the needs of LE worldwide projects for construction management services.
- Ability to draw a construction execution plan and its effective implementation.
- Enhance quality and HSE standards at operational level.
- Define & implement construction strategies / philosophy in an EPC project environment with highest safety and quality standards and strict adherence to project cost and timelines.
- Develop construction management skills appropriate for LE portfolio through on job and off job training.
- Responsible for collection, input and maintain Lesson Learnt (LL) and actions thereafter for future projects.
- Developing plans for recruitment and develop team members in the construction organization, including succession plan.
- Regular examination of personnel requirements and preparation of a personnel recruitment plan taking the strategic objective into consideration.

# Process Management:
- Develop and contribute in construction management procedures and practices in association with GBF - Construction organization at LEHQ
- Align corporate strategies, philosophies and ethics in construction organization.

Differentiating Factors In depth and breadth knowledge of EPC industry through Proposal handling and Execution roles experience

- Through knowledge of Construction Management including Construction Engineering
- Worked in full project cycle of min. 100 million USD Project
- Experience of working in America, Europe, South East Asia, Middle East, and South Asia.
- In depth knowledge of working at home office tasks with expert level competencies
- Technical competence with Leadership Role in Large EPC projects and execution capabilities outside India
