We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ITI Mechanical Technician (Fresher) to manage and operate the Mass Finish department at our Jewellery Manufacturing unit located at Dahisar Check Naka.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling specialized electropolishing machines to give high-end jewelry pieces their final, brilliant finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to build a career in the automated jewelry manufacturing industry.

Job Details

· Location: Dahisar Check Naka, Mumbai

· Working Days: 6 days a week

· Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

· Experience: Fresher (0–3 years). Complete training on jewelry polishing processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Hispana Machine Operation: Set up, program, and operate Hispana electropolishing machines for various gold, silver, or platinum jewelry components.

· Department Management: Manage the daily workflow of the electropolishing department, ensuring pieces move smoothly through the finishing line.

· Process Monitoring: Monitor chemical bath concentrations, voltages,



and timers to achieve the perfect mirror finish on jewelry.

· Jigging & Loading: Carefully mount delicate jewelry pieces onto racks/jigs before putting them into the machine.

· Quality Inspection: Inspect polished jewelry items under magnification to ensure there are no defects, scratches, or uneven finishes.

· Routine Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning, chemical top-ups, and troubleshooting of the Hispana machines to reduce downtime.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education: ITI Certification in Mechanical (Fitter, Machinist, Turner, or Tool & Die Maker).

· Skills:

o Strong interest in working within the precise, high-detail jewelry manufacturing sector.

o Basic knowledge of mechanical machines and an ability to follow accurate process formulas.

o High level of concentration and care needed when handling expensive metals/jewelry pieces.

o Quick learner with a disciplined approach to workshop safety.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
