About the RoleWe are looking for a YouTube SEO Cum Content Researcher who can identify high-potential video ideas through niche research, competitor research, YouTube trends and audience search behavior, while also handling complete YouTube SEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Research YouTube niches and identify potential video topics and ideas.
- Analyze competitor channels and identify videos/topics that are performing well.
- Find trending topics, emerging content opportunities and high-search-potential video ideas.
- Research keywords using YouTube Search, vidIQ and other SEO tools.
- Optimize YouTube titles, descriptions, tags and hashtags.
- Analyze video performance, CTR, views and search rankings.
- Maintain a regular pipeline of fresh and relevant video ideas for multiple channels.




- Monitor YouTube trends and algorithm changes.
- Work with the content and scripting team to develop researched topics.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO & Keyword Research
- Hands-on experience with vidIQ
- Strong YouTube niche and competitor research skills
- Ability to identify high-potential video ideas
- Understanding of YouTube Analytics, CTR and video performance
- Positive English reading and writing skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience handling multiple YouTube channels is preferred
- Comfortable working Night Shift from office

Preferred ExperienceExperience in YouTube SEO, Content Research, Digital Media, News, Entertainment, Shorts or YouTube Channel Management will be preferred. ? Interested?
