Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement training programs for:

- Home loan sales teams

- Credit and underwriting teams
- Operations and customer service staff
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for employees.

- Train teams on

- Home loan products

- Mortgage processes

- Regulatory and compliance requirements
- Customer engagement and sales skills
- Develop training materials, SOPs, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, RBI guidelines, and internal compliance standards.
- Support process improvement and quality initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend coaching plans.
- Maintain training records and MIS reports.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any specialization
- MBA preferred.




- 3 to 8 years of experience in home loans/mortgage banking.
- Prior experience in training, coaching, or L&D; preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms

Preferred Experience
- Experience in NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies

- Sales training experience in financial services
