Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Hiring RPA UiPath Trainer based in Vijayawada. The trainer will design and deliver structured UiPath RPA training programs for corporate and fresher cohorts, including curriculum development, training materials, and hands-on labs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, mentoring learners on RPA best practices, evaluating performance through assignments and assessments, and providing feedback to support skill improvement.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor training content to client requirements, aligning courses with current industry standards,



and supporting hiring and deployment initiatives for trained talent. The trainer is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of UiPath tools, RPA frameworks, and automation trends to keep training content relevant and impactful.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in RPA concepts and practical experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots for designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows.
- Experience in corporate or technical training, including curriculum design, lesson planning, classroom delivery, and learner assessment in technology-focused programs.
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, such as programming logic, debugging, version control, and basic knowledge of languages commonly used with RPA solutions.
- Proficiency in explaining complex technical topics in clear, accessible language and facilitating hands-on labs, workshops, and project-based learning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Ability to collaborate with hiring, training, and client teams to align course content with organizational goals and industry requirements.
- Prior experience in automation projects or consulting, especially in domains like banking, healthcare, or manufacturing, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer, UiPath Trainer) are
