A2J Hospitality is expanding, and we are looking for energetic, hardworking and hospitality-driven people to join our growing team across our QSR brands Za’atar and Aglio.

Freshers are welcome. Previous experience is preferred for senior positions, but for junior roles, we are happy to train candidates who have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

OPEN POSITIONS:-

- Outlet Manager / Restaurant Manager

Responsible for overall outlet operations, team management, guest experience, hygiene, inventory, opening & closing procedures, sales performance and ensuring company SOPs are followed.

Experience: Previous QSR/restaurant management experience preferred.

- Captain / Supervisor

Manage day-to-day floor operations, coordinate the service team, handle customer requirements, maintain service standards and support the Outlet Manager in smooth operations.
- Server / Steward

Take orders, serve guests, assist with takeaway and delivery orders, maintain cleanliness of the service area and ensure a friendly and efficient customer experience.

Freshers welcome – training will be provided.

- Housekeeping

Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, kitchen support areas, washrooms and common areas while following the company's cleaning schedules and hygiene standards.
- Commis III

Entry-level kitchen position. Assist with basic preparation, mise-en-place, cleaning, portioning and kitchen operations.





Freshers with an interest in cooking are welcome. Full training will be provided.

- Commis II

Handle food preparation and basic cooking independently while maintaining portioning, quality, hygiene and recipe standards.
- Commis I

Experienced kitchen team member responsible for preparation, cooking, station management, food quality, portion control and supporting junior kitchen staff.
- DCDP – Demi Chef de Partie

Responsible for independently managing an assigned kitchen section, maintaining preparation and service standards, supervising Commis staff and ensuring consistency in food quality, hygiene and portioning.
