Hiring Product Enhancement Engineer for E-commerce Domain

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze customer reviews and feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Conduct competitor product analysis and suggest product enhancements.
- Perform reverse engineering, product measurements, 2D/3D drawings, and modifications using SolidWorks.
- Coordinate with Sourcing teams, suppliers, and QC vendors for product development and quality improvement.
- Review QC reports, specifications, samples, and product quality issues.
- Work with suppliers to implement required design and quality improvements.
- Inspect physical products and ensure the final product matches the required drawings and specifications.

Requirements
- SolidWorks Mandatory




- Experience in reverse engineering and product drawings
- Good understanding of measurements, dimensions, tolerances, and QC
- Experience coordinating with suppliers/sourcing team
- Ability to understand customer feedback and convert it into product improvements.
- Knowledge of plastic products/materials/manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in designing products and evaluating the actual end product will be preferred.

Location: Sholinganallur Chennai | Experience: 2 - 5 Years
