QWAY Healthcare is hiring AR Callers and Senior AR Callers with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), specifically Hospital Billing and Physician Billing.

Experience
1–4 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing.
Required Experience & Skills
- Hands-on experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing / AR Calling
- Experience with Hospital Billing – UB-04 Claim Form
- Experience with Physician Billing – CMS-1500 Claim Form
- Working knowledge of EPIC software
- Good understanding of insurance claims and denials
- Knowledge of AR follow-up and claim status
- Ability to communicate effectively with US insurance payers
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle claim follow-ups and resolve outstanding accounts.
- Handle complex and high-value AR accounts.
- Work on aged AR and difficult denials/escalations.
- Support team members in resolving complex claim issues.
- Analyze recurring denial trends and communicate issues to the appropriate teams.
- Assist team leads/managers with process-related activities and reporting.
