Key Requirements

- 810 years of post-qualification legal experience
- Strong experience in Securities Law and Capital Markets
- Valuable knowledge of SEBI regulations and applicable regulatory framework
- Experience in corporate legal matters
- Exposure to litigation management
- Strong experience in contract drafting and review
- Experience in regulatory compliance
- Candidates from Stock Exchanges, Financial Services, Banking, NBFCs, Investment Banking, or Regulatory Organizations would be preferred
