Location: New Town, Kolkata — Work from office

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Experience: 0–2 years; freshers are welcome

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. A law degree is not required.

We are looking for a detail-oriented graduate with excellent English reading, writing, and comprehension skills to support legal data entry and document preparation. This role involves working accurately with documents and following detailed written instructions—not practising law.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update information from legal documents into spreadsheets, databases, and prescribed templates.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, checking names, dates, figures, spelling, and grammar.
- Organise digital files, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Follow written instructions carefully, meet deadlines, and flag missing or inconsistent information.

Candidate Requirements




- Currently residing in Kolkata and able to commute to our New Town office.
- Excellent English, particularly written communication and comprehension.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and basic computer applications.
- Accurate typing, solid attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- 0–2 years of total work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
