A3 RCM Healthcare is hiring an HCC & IPDRG Trainer with 1-3 years of relevant experience in medical coding/RCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training on HCC, IPDRG, ICD-10-CM/PCS and medical coding.
- Train and mentor new/existing coders.
- Prepare training materials, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure training content aligns with current coding guidelines.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HCC/IPDRG coding or training.
- Strong knowledge of HCC, IPDRG and medical coding.
- Hindi & Telugu Mandatory.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Prior training experience is preferred.
- Certification is advantage
