About the Role

We are hiring fresh graduates for the position of Junior Revenue Cycle Representative Data (Backend). This role involves processing healthcare-related payment information, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting revenue cycle operations through backend processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post electronic and manual payments received from insurance payers into the system.
- Process payment adjustments accurately as per company guidelines and policies.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while handling data and transactions.
- Ensure timely and error-free completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow process standards and quality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers can apply.
- Graduates from Commerce and Arts streams only.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good English communication skills.

Important Notes:

- Candidates with B.Tech, B.Pharm, MBA, M.Com, M.Sc, MCA, or any other Master's degree are not eligible.
- Candidates holding any Postgraduate degree or Diploma qualification are not eligible.
- No Remote or Hybrid work option available.
- Candidates from Science streams (IT, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Analytics, etc.) are not eligible for this Day Shift role.

- Comprehensive training and on-the-job guidance will be provided to help candidates understand the process and perform effectively.
