Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust backend services using .NET technologies and creating responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and reusable backend components.
- Work with SQL Server or other relational databases to design schemas, write queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and application security standards.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support application deployment, release management, and CI/CD pipeline activities.
- Maintain technical documentation for application design, APIs, configurations, and development standards.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full stack development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Robust experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of RESTful services, API design, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Experience with SQL Server, database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and data access layers.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred:

- Microsoft Azure certification or relevant Microsoft developer certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with AI-DLC practices, including AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, responsible AI considerations, and integrating AI capabilities into the software development lifecycle.
- Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM domain.
