POSITION: HR RECRUITER / SOURCING SPECIALIST

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: 15k - 25k / month

Incentives: Attractive Monthly Incentives

Location: Delhi NCR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for International BPO requirements
- Source candidates through Naukri, social media, references & internal databases
- Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups & engagement
- Work towards monthly hiring targets & recruitment KPIs
- Maintain candidate trackers, databases and daily recruitment reports
- Ensure timely closures as per client requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?





- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Experienced recruiters with 1 years of BPO Consultancy experience can apply
- International BPO recruitment experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Good candidate-handling and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced recruitment environment
- Delhi NCR candidates preferred
