- 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience in the Payments domain.

- Strong knowledge of
- Cross-Border Payments

- SEPA Payments

- Payment Processing Lifecycle

- Clearing and Settlement

- Payment Investigations and Exceptions

- Reconciliation Processes
- Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 message standards including payment message flows and structures.

Business Analysis Skills

- Strong experience in:

- Impact Analysis

- Requirement Elicitation

- BRD Creation

- FSD Creation

- User Story Writing

- Feature Mapping

- Gap Analysis

- Process Mapping

- Acceptance Criteria Definition
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions.

Agile & Delivery Skills

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.




- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.

Soft Skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
