Hiring: Branch Manager LAP

Product: Business Loan LAP

Role: Branch Manager

Experience: 7+ Years in LAP / Business Loans / NBFC / BFSI

Qualification: PUC / Any Degree

Loan Size: Up to 5 Cr.

Channels: DST | DSA | Connector

CTC: Up to 8 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive branch business & achieve monthly targets
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Drive quality sourcing through DST/DSA/Connectors
- Manage customer & channel relationships
- Ensure login, approval & disbursement targets

Locations: Jayanagar & Peenya
