We are looking for an experienced BatchMaster Consultant with strong knowledge of BatchMaster ERP, SAP Business One (SAP B1), and Crystal Reports to handle ERP technical support and customer issue resolution.
Key Skills Required
- Solid knowledge of BatchMaster ERP / SAP Business One (SAP B1) / Crystal Reports
- Experience in ERP technical support and troubleshooting
- Customer issue resolution and technical support
- Good customer communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle technical issues based on severity and defined support standards
- Experience in customer interaction and case lifecycle management
- Knowledge of CRM and maintaining customer support records
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve technical issues within defined timelines and support standards
- Work closely with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to address customer requirements
- Participate in customer meetings as required
- Maintain the complete case lifecycle and update support records
- Contribute to the team knowledge base and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with relevant BatchMaster ERP / SAP B1 / Crystal Reports experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Strong customer-facing and technical support skills
