We are looking for an Automotive HIL Validation Engineer to perform ECU-level functional, system, and integration testing using Hardware-in-the-Loop setups, with robust CAN-based diagnostics and debugging skills.
Key Responsibilities
Execute HIL-based functional, system, integration, regression, and fault-injection testing on ECUs
Develop and execute test cases; monitor and simulate CAN/CAN FD/J1939 signals using Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)
Execute UDS diagnostic services and validate DTCs
Perform AUTOSAR RTE interface validation and debug using Trace32 breakpoints
Support HIL setup, harness integration, sensor/signal simulation, and troubleshooting
Analyze failures, document defects, and retest after software fixes
