Qualification : BE Civil Engineer/DCE

Experience: (Minimum 4-10 years in Highway Design Engineer)

Job Profile

Design & Planning: Route selection, Geometric Design (Horizontal and Vertical Design) and intersection/junction layouts.

Site Works: Supervising Survey works and verification of survey data.

Compliance & Budgeting: Following IRC codes, managing schedules and attend technical meetings to represent company.

Technical Skills

Geometric Design: Horizontal/vertical alignments and sight distances.

Pavement Engineering: Knowledge of pavement design.

Drainage Plan: Design of Drainage and stormwater management.

Regulatory Codes: Familiarity with IRC (Indian Roads Congress) or AASHTO standards.

Software Skills

Drafting & Modeling: AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D / MXROAD.

Data Mapping: ArcGIS or basic GIS tools.

Soft Skills

Project Leadership: Managing junior drafters and visiting contractors.

Time Management: Meeting tight deadlines. Strong team communication
