We are looking for a HighRadius OTC Consultant with 4+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable operations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the HighRadius platform, along with valuable knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on end-to-end OTC/O2C processes, including Accounts Receivable, collections, cash application, billing, invoicing, disputes, and reconciliation.
- Provide functional support and expertise on HighRadius modules and workflows.
- Configure, monitor, and optimize HighRadius processes based on business requirements.
- Analyze OTC process requirements and translate business needs into effective HighRadius solutions.
- Troubleshoot HighRadius-related issues and coordinate with business and technical teams for resolution.
- Work with SAP and Oracle ERP systems for AR and OTC transactions and data integration.
- Prepare process reports and analysis using MS Excel and MS Office.
