Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer role based in Indore. The Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer will design, review, and implement HVAC systems for pharmaceutical facilities, including clean rooms and controlled environments.

Responsibilities include preparing and updating HVAC design drawings, performing load calculations, selecting equipment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC solutions into overall plant designs.



The engineer will also oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, as well as supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design for industrial and clean room applications.
- Candidates should possess practical HVAC system knowledge, including equipment selection, air distribution, and control strategies.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing and modifying HVAC drawings and layouts.
- Candidates should possess experience in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems, including diagnostics and performance optimization.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards, clean room requirements, and regulatory guidelines is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
