Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role based in Navi Mumbai. The technician will install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, including related components such as ductwork, piping, and controls. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive maintenance, checking electrical connections, and ensuring units operate within safety and efficiency standards.

The role also involves interacting with customers on-site, explaining findings, recommending solutions, and documenting work performed. The technician will follow company procedures,



adhere to regulations and safety guidelines, and collaborate with team members to complete scheduled and emergency service calls.

Qualifications :

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, including Troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Practical experience with Plumbing tasks associated with heating and cooling installations and repairs.
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices to keep systems running efficiently and reduce downtime.
- Understanding of Electricity and electrical safety as it applies to HVAC components, controls, and wiring.
- Familiarity with EPA or equivalent environmental and refrigerant handling guidelines and compliance standards.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical/electrical trades.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics and use standard HVAC tools and measurement instruments.
- Good communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform in office work, including lifting equipment, working at heights, and operating in varying weather conditions.
