Role Description The Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing HVAC systems for pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring compliance with clean room and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing HVAC layouts and calculations, developing detailed design documents, and using CAD tools to create and update engineering drawings. The role involves coordinating with project teams to integrate HVAC solutions with architectural, civil, and MEP designs, as well as supervising installation, testing, commissioning, and performance validation of HVAC equipment.

The engineer will also troubleshoot system issues,



plan preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement of energy efficiency and environmental performance. This is a full time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design, with experience in clean room and pharmaceutical environments.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in HVAC systems, including selection, configuration, and operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and modifying HVAC drawings and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems, including diagnostics, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance planning.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in HVAC or building services are an advantage.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical facility requirements, clean room standards, and applicable safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
