Role Description This full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role is based in Sri Ganganagar Tehsil. The technician will install, inspect, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure consistent climate control throughout the hospital. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing repairs, conducting routine preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role involves coordinating with hospital maintenance and clinical staff to minimize downtime, maintaining accurate service records,



and responding to urgent facility and equipment issues as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems and related mechanical components.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems relevant to HVAC operations, including condensate drainage and piping.
- Experience with preventive maintenance for heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Understanding of EPA guidelines and applicable environmental and safety regulations.
- Practical knowledge of electricity, including wiring, controls, and safe work practices.
- Prior experience as an HVAC technician in healthcare or similar critical facilities is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical trades preferred.
