Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Sales / HIMS Sales qualified with 3–5 years of experience in selling healthcare technology solutions, particularly Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS/HIS). The candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing the sales cycle, developing relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare organizations.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, industry events, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate HIMS/HIS or healthcare IT solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for hospital management, administrators, IT teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and requirement gathering to negotiation, closure, and handover.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare groups, and decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Product, Implementation, and Technical teams to ensure smooth customer engagement and handover.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Participate in industry conferences, healthcare exhibitions, and networking events as required.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Healthcare IT / HIMS / HIS / Hospital Software Sales.
