Position - Heat Treatment Shop - LTSSHF Location - Hazira

Plan and supervise daily heat treatment activities as per production schedule.

Ensure timely processing of forged components ensuring adherence to heat treatment norms.

Ensure achievement of Production target, minimum furnace idle time & proper batch traceability.

Enforce safety compliance & PPE usage.

Management of associates & work allocation in heat treatment shop.

Supervising TPM & WMS activities.

Improve furnace utilization.

Monitoring of KPIs: Furnace efficiency, Rejection & Rework %, Throughput & OEE.

Ensure compliance to maintain Heat treatment logs, Calibration records, Maintenance records, Shift reports, Process deviation reports.

Drive operational excellence initiatives.

Optimize furnace loading patterns and cycle sequencing.
