HSE ENGINEER

Qualification:

- Full-time Graduate in Engineering OR Diploma in Engineering
- Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) of minimum 1 year duration

Experience:

- Engineering Graduate: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma Engineer: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in Safety Audits in the Construction Industry
- Experience shall be considered after completion of the qualifying Diploma/Degree

? Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Contractor HSE Document Review: Review contractor HSE documents, procedures, records, permits, certifications, and other relevant documentation to ensure compliance with applicable client and statutory requirements.
- Physical Site Safety Audits: Conduct regular physical site inspections and HSE audits to identify unsafe conditions, unsafe practices, deviations, and potential hazards.
- UA/UC Inspections: Conduct random and planned inspections for Unsafe Acts (UA) and Unsafe Conditions (UC) and ensure timely reporting and corrective action.
- Equipment & Scaffolding Inspections: Inspect equipment, tools, machinery, scaffolding, access systems, and other site facilities to verify their secure condition, proper use,



and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Audit Reports & Compliance Action Plans: Prepare detailed HSE audit/inspection reports, identify observations and non-conformities, and develop appropriate corrective and preventive action plans with defined responsibilities and timelines.
- Compliance Verification: Monitor and verify the implementation and closure of corrective actions, observations, and audit findings, and maintain proper compliance records.
- HSE Training & Awareness: Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, safety awareness programmes, and other competency-building activities for employees, contractors, and workmen as required.

HSE Monitoring & Reporting: Support the project team in maintaining effective HSE practices, monitoring compliance with applicable procedures and standards, and submitting required HSE reports and updates to the concerned authorities/client.
