Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
- Design and implement engaging, inquiry-based curriculum plans.
- Foster strong partnerships with families to support holistic child development.
- Mentor and guide teaching staff, encouraging professional growth and collaboration.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes creativity, curiosity,



and joy in learning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (Montessori/ECCE preferred).
- 3–5 years of lead teaching experience in early years education.
- Proven expertise in curriculum planning, team leadership, and family engagement.
- Solid interpersonal skills with warmth, creativity, and a child-centered mindset.
