NIA is looking for a Head Real Estate to join our agile organization. This position is responsible for developing or monetizing the airport land allotted to city-side real estate. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing a real estate strategy, negotiating, implementing, risk management and property development.
Ideal candidate should be highly competent and knowledgeable about real estate development. This job requires strong management skills and a commitment to quality and attention to detail. Roles & Responsibilities
- Formulate the city-side real estate development strategy for Noida International Airport
- Formulating the business models based on real estate needs at Noida International Airport
- Lead and deliver land transactions through RFP/ tendering processes
- To support the design & development of master plan, conceptualise asset mix and Go-to-market strategy based on local demand dynamics and international benchmarks for maximising traction and position the land.
- Strong & persistent networking with brokers, wealth mangers along with dedicatedly generating self leads.
- Present overall master plan and respective airport projects to prospective clients.
- Lead interactions with financial and strategic investors.
- Active participation and giving valuable inputs in final negotiations with clients on license agreement along with their legal team.
- Keeping abreast of the real estate market through primary and secondary research
Education Qualification Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management or masters in business management
Relevant Experience
- Proven experience in developing large land banks / mixed-use developments
- Experience in cooperation with local authorities regarding building codes / building bylaws and optimization of the same
- Experience in developing business models for real estate sector
- Former involvement in airport real estate will be an advantage (not strictly required
- Basic understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets.
- Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
