We are looking for a Head - Retail Business to take ownership of store network performance, commercial planning and people leadership. The position will work closely with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders to keep priorities moving and turn plans into measurable outcomes. Candidates should bring around 11-15 years of relevant experience, with practical exposure to retail strategy, P&L;, expansion.
Robust communication and follow-through will matter as much as functional knowledge.
