To lead and own the overall Quality function across Inks and Adhesives by integrating Quality Assurance and Quality Control into one effective quality organization. The role is responsible for product and process quality, customer quality, quality systems, CAPA, prevention of recurring issues and continuous improvement, while providing functional leadership to the QC Heads for Inks, Adhesives and Coatings

Educational Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry or relevant technical discipline. Qualification in Quality Management is desirable.

Relevant Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably with leadership responsibility across multiple locations/functions.

Relevant Industry Experience: Specialty chemicals, printing inks, adhesives, coatings, polymers, packaging or other process/manufacturing industries. Solid exposure to customer quality, process quality, CAPA and quality systems is preferred
