Experience: 12+yrs of experience in commercial finance, project appraisal, or commercial management, Project Financial Modelling & Feasibility Study

Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA Finance

Roles & Responsibilities The Commercial & Contracts Manager will be responsible for evaluating the commercial viability of current business opportunities, infrastructure projects, and EPC contracts by conducting comprehensive financial, commercial, contractual, and risk assessments. The role will support senior management in making informed bid/no-bid decisions through robust analysis of project economics, pricing strategy, profitability, investment returns, and commercial risks.





The incumbent will work closely with Business Development, Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure that every proposal is commercially optimized while protecting the organization's financial and contractual interests.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
