Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to manage and enhance the Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in lending technology, digital transformation, application development, system integration, and IT operations within the BFSI/NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of LOS & LMS applications.
- Manage the complete technology lifecycle for lending platforms.
- Work closely with Business, Credit, Operations, Collections, and Compliance teams to deliver technology solutions.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across the lending journey.
- Oversee application development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure seamless integration of LOS/LMS with Core Banking, CRM, Credit Bureau, Payment Gateway, eKYC, CKYC, Account Aggregator, and other thirdparty systems.
- Manage technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Ensure system availability, security, scalability, and performance.




- Define technology roadmap and implement best practices in software development and IT governance.
- Lead incident management, change management, and release management.
- Build and mentor high-performing technology teams.

Required Skills

- 9–12 years of experience in BFSI/NBFC technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS).
- Experience in Digital Lending Platforms and Lending Lifecycle Management.
- Good understanding of Retail Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Business Loans.
- Experience with API Integration, Microservices, and Middleware.
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL/Oracle, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure) is preferred.
- Robust understanding of Credit Workflow, Underwriting, Loan Disbursement, Collections, and Recovery.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and ITIL processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
- PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure, or other relevant certifications are preferred. Preferred Industry
