Role: Lead the company's technology function and be accountable for the reliability, security and delivery of its digital platform.

Responsibilities

Take charge of the existing platform (mobile app and backend) and prepare it for large-scale use.

Set architecture, coding standards, release process and monitoring.

Be responsible for data security and privacy, including access controls, fraud prevention and compliance with India's DPDP Act.

Manage in-house developers and technology vendors, including code and estimate reviews.

Build and lead the technology team as the company grows.

Represent the technology function in discussions with partners and investors.

All code, designs, credentials and documentation created or managed remain the property of Krishnasyam Adtech Pvt. Ltd.

Experience





6–10 years in software development, including building and running at least one live consumer app with real users and payments.

Startup experience is a solid plus.

Qualifications

B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.

Strong backend, database and mobile app knowledge; working knowledge of cloud hosting, payment gateway integration and application security.

Clear communicator with business leadership.
