TechOrbit Solutions is a leading enterprise technology consulting firm (SAP Gold Partner, OpenText Silver Partner (300+ consultants, 150+ projects). We're looking for a Staffing and Talent Acquisition leader to build a large-scale hiring engine and personally own staffing & services fulfilment for our SAP and OpenText practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead TechOrbit's end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy, team, and hiring budget.
- Own staffing & services fulfilment for SAP and OpenText skills.
- Design and run high-volume lateral and campus hiring programs (100s of IT hires per month to start with).
- Must have experience in the recruitment ATS tool like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo, iCIMS, Zwayam — including analytics and reporting (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join).
- Build proactive sourcing pipelines for SAP, OpenText, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and other strategic skills. ( Any upcoming opportunities for new skills).
- Manage staffing/RPO vendor ecosystem, employer branding, and candidate experience end-to-end.




- Own diversity hiring, compliance, and workforce planning in partnership with Business Operations, Delivery, and Finance.
- Robust data-driven, SLA-focused ownership with monthly targets.
- TA as a strategic growth function, not support.
- Build a large-scale hiring engine from the ground up.
- Direct impact on delivery, revenue & global growth.

Experience and Qualifications:

- 15+ years in Talent Acquisition, incl. 8+ years leading large-scale TA functions at Indian Tire-1 IT/IT services or technology consulting companies.
- Must have experience for international market (US, Europe, APAC).
- Proven expertise in Staffing & Services Fulfilment for SAP and OpenText skills.
- Hands-on expertise with ATS Tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo, iCIMS, Zwayam).
- Track record of high-volume IT hiring (100s/month), vendor/RPO management, and multi-region recruitment.
