Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Service to manage end-to-end project execution, installation, commissioning, service operations, customer relationships, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage projects from initiation to successful completion and handover.
- Allocate manpower, resources, tools, and responsibilities effectively.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, costs, and deliverables.
- Manage installation, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales service.
- Handle customer concerns, escalations, site visits, and service requirements.
- Lead and monitor the service and project team, including performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
- Monitor service calls, AMC activities, pending issues, and resolution timelines.
- Prepare and maintain project, service, and MIS reports.
- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Service Management,



Project Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in automation, RFID, electronics, electrical, or industrial equipment is preferred.
- Strong experience in project execution, service operations, customer handling, and team management.
- Excellent planning, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites when required.
