Company Description Snukio is building India’s omnichannel sports destination — bringing multi-brand sports retail closer to customers through neighbourhood stores, hyperlocal commerce, and expert guidance .

Role Description We are looking for a hands-on Head of Retail Operations to own and build Snukio's retail operations as we scale our offline store network. This is a builder's role , not just a store-management role. You will be responsible for creating systems, processes and teams that allow Snukio stores to deliver consistent customer experience and business performance across locations.

Key responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end operations of Snukio's offline stores.
- Build SOPs for store opening, daily operations, inventory, visual merchandising, customer service and store productivity.
- Drive store-level revenue, conversion, average transaction value, inventory turns and profitability.
- Build frameworks for store staffing, training, performance management and incentives.
- Work closely with merchandising and sourcing teams to ensure the right product assortment at each location.
- Develop processes for inventory planning, replenishment, stock transfers and ageing management.




- Monitor store performance through data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead new-store launches and help create a scalable store-opening playbook.
- Work closely with founders to build Snukio's retail operating model from the ground up.
- Identify operational gaps and continuously improve processes as the business scales.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in retail operations , preferably in multi-brand retail, sports, footwear, fashion, consumer goods or a similar category.
- Experience managing multiple stores and frontline teams.
- Solid understanding of store economics and retail KPIs.
- Experience in inventory management, merchandising execution and store productivity.
- Strong people-management and team-building skills.
- Comfortable working with data and using it to drive decisions.
- Strong execution orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in opening new stores will be highly valuable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating in an environment where processes are still being built.
- Passion for sports, retail and building businesses is a strong plus.
