Its core expertise is Zinc Flake Coating, delivering high corrosion resistance, uniform coating, and long service life for automotive and engineering components. With fully automatic coating machines and two units in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, Technocoat Services offers consistent quality and strong production capacity. Services include AL-Zinc flake coating, Delta coating, cold dip galvanising, PTFE/Xylan coating, and Molykote coating.

Role Description The Head of Production will oversee end-to-end production activities, ensuring productive planning, execution, and delivery across all coating processes. This full-time, on-site role in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area involves managing production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

The position includes leading and developing production teams, coordinating with operations, maintenance, and quality departments,



and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce downtime. The Head of Production will also monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and cost controls, and support strategic decisions related to capacity, technology upgrades, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee coating lines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Budgeting to optimize processes, control costs, and manage resources effectively.
- Demonstrated Team Management capabilities to lead, coach, and motivate production staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in industrial or automotive manufacturing, preferably in surface coatings or related engineering processes.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, safety standards, and lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Production, or a related technical field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and adapt to evolving production demands and technologies.
