Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-driven SaaS products, including CRM, ATS, and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI governance, enterprise product management, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-native SaaS products.
- Drive product decisions based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
- Create and manage PRDs, BRDs, reports, user flows, and data flow diagrams.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, AI quality evaluation processes, and AI guardrails.
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Security,



and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and product prioritization.

Required Skills

- Product leadership within CRM, ATS, ERP, or Enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience with AI-driven and Native AI SaaS products.
- Robust understanding of:
- AI Quality Evaluation
- API Integrations
- LLM Orchestration
- AI Guardrails
- Product Analytics & Reporting
- UI/UX Design for Enterprise Applications
