Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the physiotherapy and rehabilitation department
- Supervise, mentor, and guide the physiotherapy team
- Oversee patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Ensure quality and consistency in physiotherapy services
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Review team performance and provide clinical guidance
- Support training and development of physiotherapy staff




- Ensure smooth departmental operations and appropriate documentation
- Promote effective patient-care and rehabilitation practices

Required Qualifications

- MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) is mandatory
- 7+ years of relevant physiotherapy experience
- Strong clinical and rehabilitation experience
- Proven leadership and team-management experience
- Experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or clinical setup preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
