Role Overview

KNS Škoda is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing with strong automotive/dealership marketing experience to lead the overall marketing function.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, generate quality leads, increase showroom footfall, support sales targets, and drive customer engagement across the dealership network.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive automotive dealership marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Plan and manage ATL, BTL, digital, social media, events, activations, and local marketing campaigns.
- Drive lead generation, showroom footfall, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Work closely with Sales and Service teams to align marketing initiatives with business requirements.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify local market opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
- Manage the dealership’s digital presence, social media platforms, content, and online campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media houses, marketing agencies, event partners, and local communities.




- Lead PR and local brand-building initiatives while ensuring consistent Škoda brand communication.
- Coordinate with Škoda regional and national marketing teams and ensure compliance with OEM brand guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Identify innovative marketing opportunities to strengthen KNS Škoda’s presence in the local automotive market.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with strong preference for candidates from the automotive/dealership industry.
- Proven experience in automotive retail marketing and dealership marketing operations.
- Robust understanding of automotive customer acquisition, lead generation, showroom activations, and local market campaigns.
- Experience working with OEM marketing teams and dealership Sales & Service functions will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, digital marketing, social media, events, and market activations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Ability to lead and develop a marketing team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chhattisgarh in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in automobile dealerships, particularly passenger-car brands, will be strongly preferred.
