Role Description The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations at the Baddi site, including financial planning, budgeting, and statutory and management reporting. This full-time, on-site role involves leading the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and maintaining robust internal controls and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role includes monitoring cash flow, managing working capital, supporting audits, and providing analytical insights to guide business decisions and cost optimization.





The Head of Finance will collaborate closely with senior leadership, operations, and other functions to support strategic initiatives and drive financial performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core finance skills, including Finance and Financial Reporting.
- Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills to manage annual plans, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Product costing and annalysis
- Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in manufacturing Pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Solid people management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
