Are you an experienced engineering leader passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance software platforms? We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our software engineering and UI/UX design teams and drive technology excellence.

Role: Head of Engineering

Experience: 8–12+ Years

Leadership Experience: 3+ Years managing engineering teams

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead backend, frontend, database engineering, and UI/UX design teams.
- Design scalable and reliable applications capable of handling high traffic during peak exam periods and mock tests.
- Align engineering and UI/UX teams to deliver rapid, responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Establish engineering standards for code reviews, automated testing, documentation, and deployments.
- Manage AWS infrastructure, modernize legacy systems, and optimize cloud costs.
- Ensure application security,



data privacy, and secure API practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Project Management, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor engineers, develop technical talent, and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For ✅ Strong experience in software development and application architecture.

✅ Proven leadership and team management experience.

✅ Expertise in scalability, performance optimization, and system reliability.

✅ Experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.

✅ Understanding of software security, data privacy, and quality engineering practices.
