We're hiring: Head of Distribution | Mumbai

At Moon Picnic, we're looking for someone who knows how to build distribution across multiple channels - and make it work beyond the first listing. This is a hands-on role for a person who can build strong distributor and retail relationships and stay close to what happens in the market.

You'll build and manage distribution across our channels: identifying and working with distributors and stockists, opening conversations with pharmacy chains, independent stores and other retail and online partners, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting listings. Just as significant, you'll spend time in the market: helping store teams understand the product, tracking sell-through, spotting gaps, and turning initial orders into steady replenishment.





You might be a fit if you've worked in consumer goods or personal care, understand how buying and distribution work across channels, and are as comfortable in the field as you are with commercial planning.
